Drawings
Our CAD engineer produces a full drawing set for each home: technology plans for every level, exterior elevations with camera locations, and shade and lighting schedules. Every installer works from the same sheets, and your architect and builder see exactly where each device goes.

We track the initial budget, every change order and the final budget, so nothing comes as a surprise. Our supplier relationships give you access to top-tier pricing.
Vendors
We bring you several qualified vendors for each trade, with the options and pricing side by side: electricians, lighting and shading integrators, audio video firms, security professionals and phone and data engineers.
Already have a preferred professional? We will work with them to get the result you want.
Delivery
Our team is your single point of contact for every managed system, before, during and after the project. We run the punch list until every item is closed.
When the work is done, we train you and your staff on the systems and how to manage them day to day.
